Breath…..

Breath is of course the obvious, us Breathing, but is it, can it be something else, more?

Is there Breath in our Movements? Through our full Body?

In our Brain, our Thoughts? Around us?

A Breath to pause, feel, think, to follow the Air to flow?

Where does it go in our Body, our Mind, in Space?

Are we Breathing at all?

When we move, can we find a rhythm in our Breath, phrase our movement with Breath, Breathe ourselves into movement?

Can Breath soften, calm, and support vigorously?

How about a Breathing practice?

Where does the Breath take us, transport us?
