What is Strength and when do we use it?

Is being Strong just for certain people?

Do we need to be strong to use strength and why do we need it?

Is strength a male quality, female quality, or just human quality?

Do you have to look a certain way to be strong?

Are there different kind of strength, and maybe within the same person?

Do we get stronger with more connection, or less, connecting what to where, or relaxing into it? Is it a tension, contraction, a relaxation, release, or all?

What do we mean when we say someone is strong?
