Flexibility……..

What is Flexibility?

What comes up when hearing the word?

Does it mean one thing for the Body, another for Thought, a third for a Social situation and so on….. Or is it all the same thing?

Is it good to be flexible, something we desire and strive for, what does it do for us? Or is it negative - or just neutral?

Can we become too flexible, and then, what does that mean and become? What are we flexible in relationship to? And from?

What are two points that anchor our flexibility so we can use it?
