Work or Play?
Somehow we humans have invented the idea of work.
Work, where we as adults, go to a designated place, nowadays also work from home, in designated area and place, and work with what we have chosen as our proffession for a set number of hours, days, years.
As children we play, when we want, how we want, following our imagination, our bodies, dreams, energy and thoughts.
Some adults continue to play, making it their profession, the need for this expression too strong to ignore. Maybe making it into work or continue their lives in a non traditional setting where they live their days playing, or play on the side of work.
How can we find play, playfulness in our work? in our days? in our lives?Does work need to feel like work, hard work, serious work? Is that the only way to be taken seriously? We can take it seriously?
Can play be serious? Be taken seriously?
How can our imagination take flight, our expression find wings and soar on our energies and dreams?
How can we play work - and work play?
