Vacation, Staycation, Mindful movement, Microrest during the day
Mindful movement is a way to find ease and rest throughout everyday life. There are so many other ways as well, where, depending on how much time we have, can find different pace and scenery.
Vacation is our traditional way of taking a longer time off from our regular routine and do something completely different, go somewhere else and maybe new and foreign to us.
Staycation has become a word to explain how we are not going somewhere but still take a break, time off, at home from our regular home/work routine and enjoy time off from our regular routine in a different way.
We can also find microrest in our regular busy day and life, where we carve out a minute, a short leave from the to-do list, and have a mind vacation, a body rest, take a break with out taking time off or changing anything of where we are or do.
Finding a way to recharge that works for us, to feel refreshed and rejuvenated during our workdays and our time off, through out our lives.
Lower stress, finding inspiration, let the mind, the breath wonder, not doing anything at all.
