Rest or Activity?
It’s not always fully clear when it’s better to rest or be active. Sometimes we just do without questioning, and all of a sudden feel a need to rest, and sometimes rest but don’t feel rested at all.
How do we feel and see solutions? What is our method to find answers, within ourselves and from the outside? Do we have one?
What is rest for us?
Is it to be fully immobile, in bed with no movement or activity? Is it doing what feels good to us in small amounts with mindfulness and care? Is it full engagement, vigorous activity mentally and physically?
When and how do we feel truly rested? What can we do to feel more rested, fully rested? Are there things we need to change?
What is action and activity for us? How do we feel while being active?
When do we feel the full energy for action? What is a lot of activity, vigorous activity and too much activity for us? What can we do to have the energy we need to be fully active for as long as we want when we want?
