Fully present - or just showing up?

We do our movement routines, flows, exercises, classes, scheduled trainings, choreografies every day, most days, as often as we can.

Are we doing them out of interest, passion, curiosity, need for a fully present time with and in our selves, body, spirit, mind. How present are we, fully present, truly present?

Are we just showing up, doing the movements out of knowledge that it’s good for us, we should do it, we’ll feel better, be better, do better, out of obligation to someone or something, to feel, do better later?

Is it our job, or something we do for fun? Is it fun as a job or only if we see it as a hobby? Does it have to be fun for us to be present?

Is a pre-schduled class or appointment a necessity for us to make things happen, or do we find ourselves showing up fully present enjoying time moving with ourselves within ourselves, every day in presence, fully present no matter what?
